MonitorMe provides people with an interactive ‘just-in-time’ self-monitoring system with decision support tools and interventions.
What does MonitorMe focus on?
The major focus of the MonitorMe program is around self-monitoring things like your average daily mood (optimism, stress, anxiety) sleep, social contact, nutritional quality, average daily heart rate, excessive use of caffeine, alcohol, drugs & medication adherence.
Yes. MonitorMe is based on gold-standard psychological theory / techniques and has been evaluated.
There are 42 ‘mini’ wellness strategy modules to choose from and each strategy module provides you with some brief background information, strategy instructions and tools to use. You can also connect a Fitbit to the interactive self monitoring system.
